Foundations Flex & Flow, Foundations Power Flow, Reformer 1, and Tower 1 are all great places to start.

Class sizes stay small so instructors can provide hands-on coaching.
Our Osprey studio has just four reformers, while Maple Ridge offers small-group classes with personalized attention.
How often should I come?
Most clients see the best results attending 2–4 times per week, but even one class a week can improve strength and mobility. Many clients at Adoro Pilates notice changes in how they feel after just a few weeks of regular practice.
THE DIffeREnCE BETWEEN TOWER & REFORMER?

All of our classes are small-group to ensure personalized attention and hands-on instruction. This boutique format allows our instructors to offer modifications, corrections, and support throughout class, something you won’t get in larger fitness studios.
