  • ITS MY FIRST TIME

    no experience is no problem! please show up 10 minutes early to your class and inform your instructor, this gives you time to get comfortable in the space, learn about the machine and for the instructor to get to know your body

  • IS THERE PARKING

    both studios have 2 hour street parking in the front and parking lots in the back

  • AGE REQUIRMENTS

    minimum age of 16 years old with a guardian present and attending the same class

    minimum age of 18 years old to join classes without a guardian or guardian signature

  • REFUNDS, CLASS CREDITS, HOLDS, membership cancellations AND OTHER QUESTIONS

  • GRIP SOCKS

    we require grip socks for your safety, they are available at the studio if needed (super cute)

    they should be tight to the foot, no playplace, trampoline park or hospital socks or slippers please

  • WAITLISTS

    if a class is full, you may join the waitlist. the waitlist does automatically add you into the class if there is more than 12 hours notice - if there is less than 12 hours notice the waitlist will not add you, rather you will get a text if you would like to confirm the spot

    if you join multiple waitlists or decide to switch class times the 12-hour cancellation fee is still applicable to the class you are removing yourself from

  • reformer or tower

    tower pilates is grounded and precise, using a spring-loaded wall unit and mat to focus on alignment, core control, and spinal mobility. it’s slower and more supportive, making it ideal for building strong foundations

    reformer pilates is more dynamic. with a moving carriage, springs, and pulleys, it challenges your strength, balance, and coordination through fluid, resistance-based movement

    both offer full-body benefits — tower anchors you, reformer moves you. most clients love rotating between the two

  • PREGNANCY & INJURIES

    if you have an injury, please inform your instructor so they can provide appropriate modifications and guidance. if you are recovering from a serious injury, please obtain clearance from your physician before participating in any classes

    pregnancies are different for us all, please only exercise if you are feeling well and you are not experiencing complications. please inform your instructor of your pregnancy to keep you and your baby comfortable and safe
