How do i book?

bookings can be made through our website under book, through our app ‘adoro pilates studio’, or through contacting the studio

What do i wear?

wear something comfortable for movement, avoiding overly baggy clothing so our instructors can see your form. grip socks are required, and we have some of the cutest options available at the studio.

Do I need experience to start?

not at all. We welcome all levels, our instructors will guide you safely through your intro to adoro session - which we recommend as your first class in order to learn the machine and the terminology. after your intro class, you’ll be ready to book into our foundations classes, reformer 1 classes, or tower pilates classes.

tower or reformer?

tower pilates is grounded and precise, using a spring-loaded wall unit and mat to focus on alignment, core control, and spinal mobility. it’s slower and more supportive, making it ideal for building strong foundations.

reformer pilates is more dynamic. with a moving carriage, springs, and pulleys, it challenges your strength, balance, and coordination through fluid, resistance-based movement.

both offer full-body benefits — tower anchors you, reformer moves you. most clients love rotating between the two.

What’s your cancellation policy?

we have a 12-hour cancellation window. cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in a loss of the class credit. This helps us honor waitlists and instructor prep time.

Can I attend if I’m pregnant or recovering from injury?

yes — with some considerations. please contact us first so we can ensure you’re placed in a suitable class. We may recommend private sessions initially depending on your needs.
